Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC specializes in (mostly) allergen free products. Our baked goods are gluten free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, and soy-free. Please check out our ingredients list to see which sweets are right for you. Our bakeries are 100% gluten free and vegan.
We do not bake with most treenuts, peanuts, or soy. We do use coconut in most of our products. The FDA currently classifies coconuts as a treenut. Also, all of our gluten free flours are processed on equipment that packages hazelnut, almond flours and soy. Bob’s Red Mill power washes the machinery between runs. We sweeten a number of our gluten free, vegan baked goods with agave nectar. This syrup is known to be a healthful, low glycemic alternative for some with diabetes. Keep in mind that it is not safe for everyone. Each sugar-conscious customer should consult her physician to safely consume our baked goods.
