You Can Have Whatever You Like
We pride ourselves on using ingredients friendly to many unfriendly bellies. Since 2005, we’ve been feeding people around the globe with sweets that are safe to eat. All baked goods are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and soy. 3 of our 4 locations are certified Kosher (Santa Monica excluded). Although we don’t bake with nuts aside from coconut, our Bob’s red Mill flour is produced in a facility that processes almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds and hazelnuts. I’m on a gluten free diet, what can I eat?
Everything in the bakery is gluten free, so you can have everything without worrying about any form of gluten coming in contact with your sweets.
Are you Non-GMO?
Yes, we are totally Non-GMO. None of that for us.
What is vegan at the bakery?
All of it! We’ve got your covered right down to our sprinkles! We’ve researched all our sweeteners, food colorings, chocolates, non-dairy milks, and flours to ensure there are no animal products or by-products are present in our desserts.
Are you completely organic?
No. Not all of the ingredients we use are organic.
What do you use as a sweetener?
We use both Agave Nectar & Vegan Sugar (aka Evaporated Cane Juice).
Wait I forgot to ask: Do you use soy?
Our flour of choice, Bob’s Red Mill, is processed on the same equipment as soy flour. Proceed as you see fit.

Where can I find your wonderful, gluten free, vegan, and kosher baked goods?
We have storefronts in New York City, Los Angeles, and Orlando at Disney Springs. We also ship nationwide on Goldbelly!
Can I freeze my cupcakes, or anything else for that matter?
Don’t bother freezing the cupcakes. The components thaw at different speeds and it all gets a bit weird. HOWEVER again! You can definitely freeze everything else. Just wrap whatever it is snugly in plastic wrap and place it in an airtight container first. Most of the stuff will hold for two weeks or so.
