Frequently Asked Questions
All baked goods are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and soy. All of our locations are certified Kosher. Although we don’t bake with nuts aside from coconut, our Bob’s red Mill flour is produced in a facility that processes almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds and hazelnuts.

Everything in the bakery is gluten free, so you can have everything without worrying about gluten coming in contact with your sweets.
All of it! We’ve got you covered right down to our sprinkles! We’ve researched all our sweeteners, food colorings, chocolates, non-dairy milks, and flours to ensure there are no animal products or by-products present in our desserts.
We use both Agave Nectar & Vegan Sugar (aka Evaporated Cane Juice).
Our flour of choice, Bob’s Red Mill, is processed on the same equipment as soy flour. Proceed as you see fit.
Yes, we are totally Non-GMO. None of that for us.
No. Not all of the ingredients we use are organic.
Avoid freezing cupcakes, as the components thaw unevenly. However, feel free to freeze other baked goods. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap, place in an airtight container, and they'll keep well for about two weeks.
